TAX-411 was founded on January 5, 2005, by husband-and-wife team Diane and Ric Jara. They shared a vision of creating a company where professional tax expertise, education, ethical values, and genuine relationships could come together to help people build stronger financial futures.

Meet Diane Jara, CEO and Former IRS Agent
Diane Jara brings more than 28 years of tax expertise to TAX-411. Before co-founding the firm, Diane served as an IRS agent and instructor, where she trained fellow agents on annual tax law updates and audit procedures.
Her firsthand knowledge of IRS operations provides valuable perspective when clients face audits, tax disputes, complex filings, or other challenging situations. Diane combines that experience with a passion for education and service, helping clients better understand their circumstances and potential options.

Ric Jara is the co-founder and director of brand experience at TAX-411 Inc., bringing more than 28 years of experience in branding, marketing, sales, and business development.
Ric works with entrepreneurs and business owners through coaching and mentorship, helping them strengthen their brands, improve their business models, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
He also created MBA—My Business Academy, TAX-411 educational platform for entrepreneurs. Through workshops, webinars, online courses, interviews, and guest speakers, the MBA provides practical education on business formation, marketing, tax compliance, technology, and entrepreneurship.
