TAX-411 ("we," "our," or "us") provides professional tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and IRS representation services. By using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Disclaimer.

3. No Guarantees
While we strive to maximize tax savings and ensure full compliance, we do not guarantee any specific results, such as refunds, audit outcomes, or IRS decisions. All tax situations are unique and subject to changing laws and regulations.
TAX-411 is not liable for penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Representation Limitations
Unless a formal IRS Power of Attorney (Form 2848) is signed, our role is limited to preparing and filing your returns or providing general advisory services. Representation before the IRS or other agencies requires additional engagement and documentation.
5. Confidentiality & Data Security
We maintain strict confidentiality and use secure systems to handle your personal and financial data. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more information. However, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against cyber threats.
6. Payment & Fees
Fees for our services will be clearly outlined before work begins. A deposit may be required upfront. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-payment or late payment may result in delayed filings or withheld documents.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If you choose to cancel services after work has begun, you may be billed for services rendered up to that point. Completed tax returns and accounting work are non-refundable.
